Connectors & Integrations¶
Connectors link the tools your business already uses — accounting, banking, email, file storage, and more — directly into BotBoss. Once a tool is connected, its data flows in and becomes available to your agents (with your permission) and to your dashboards and data tables, so your team and your agents always work from the same up-to-date information.
What you can connect¶
- QuickBooks Online — accounting data: invoices, bills, payments, customers, vendors, accounts, and more.
- Ramp — corporate card spend and bills.
- Plaid — connect one or more bank accounts for balances and transactions.
- Gmail and Outlook — read, search, send, and draft email.
- Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, SharePoint / OneDrive — browse and import files.
- Inbound Email — forward messages to a managed address so they arrive as queryable records that can trigger work.
You can also connect Slack as a channel for messaging your agents. Additional connectors are added as the platform grows.
How it works¶
- Connect. Open the Connectors page, choose a tool, and follow the prompts. Most connectors use a secure sign-in with the provider — you approve access and BotBoss handles the rest. You can connect more than one account where it makes sense (for example, multiple banks).
- Data syncs in. Your data is brought into BotBoss; sync on demand or on a schedule. The Connectors view shows the last sync, any errors, and the next scheduled run.
- Use it everywhere. Connected data can appear as tables in your Database for dashboards and reporting, and be granted to your agents so they can answer questions and take action. Access is always permissioned — an agent only sees a connector when you grant it, and you can enable, disable, or reconnect a connector at any time.
